My mother passed away suddenly this past year and my sister and I had to rent out her house to pay for the cost of senior living for our father. We were at such a loss on what to do since we lived so far away and couldn’t handle the work ourselves. What a blessing that we found Denise and Dennis!!!
A.I.M. took big load off of our shoulders by doing EVERYTHING to get the house ready for rental: remodeling the kitchen and bathroom, hauling out appliances, cleaning the carpet and house, painting, changing locks, replacing blinds, repairing water leak and water damage, etc….
They gave us such fast and efficient service in getting the house ready for rental…..keeping in touch with us every step of the way. The house looks like new and they quickly found tenants. Now they will handle collecting rent and all maintenance issues.
I could not have asked for a better Property Management team. During such a difficult time in my life they greatly reduced much of my stress by doing all the work needed for this property so that I could concentrate on the important task of taking care of my father.
