You say you think like landlords. Do you really?

Yes, we do. And we operate like Landlords too. We don’t spend money foolishly. We don’t call in outside contractors when the work can be handled by our well know, existing, low priced contractors. It means we research the problem before calling a plumber or a roofer. It also means we don’t allow homes/units to sit vacant. We work on tenant retention because vacancies are expensive. It means we do not allow arrears to mount or tenants to withhold rent because of repairs. We scrutinize every invoice before paying out. And we ensure the highest ROI for every property. Period!
